you have done great so far - don't give up!
I am new to Sparkpeople and trying to learn my way around. I love walking and felt this was one of the best ways for me to jumpstart my weight loss. I plan to walk 30 minutes a day at a fairly fast pace. I have lost 35lbs on my own but then seem to be unable to lose anymore. I am hoping that being here I will be able to reach my goal weight.
I appreciate all the help that you can give me.
