I've made a course at my house (we live in the country) One lap around is 150 steps. I started three weeks ago walking 4 laps, jogging 1, and so on. Week two i walked 2 laps, jogged 1...week three (i'm so pumped) walked 2, jogged 2...and so on and i have done this 20 laps twice a day (a total of 10,000 steps). I've already lost inches, dropped a bra size! In less than three weeks! The really exciting part is I had a lot of pain in my knees to the point it burned so bad afterward, two days ago, I woke up and pain was gone! It's the only thing I've stuck to because there's no excuse when the course is right in my own backyard!
