I am a new member to the team. I walk about 2 km three times a week. I would like to walk at least six days a week to help me lose weight and to tone the body. Currently I am 85 Kg and would like to come to 75 Kg at least by the end of the month. I have a below the knee prosthesis in my left leg so it is quite a challenge to walk. I believe this group will encourage me to keep walking to my goal.
