I'm new to this team. I have been on SP since early Jan. I am so glad there is a team devoted to walking. I have the BodymediaFit calorie monitor and have learned that I actually burn a lot of calories walking. I am trying to walk 10,000 steps per day. I have added a 1.2 mile loop at lunch and walk 1.5 miles per work day back and forth from the train. What I need to work on is getting some walking done on the weekends. DH walks a lot so I guess I should buckle down, or lace up as it were, and join him.
