I too LOVE to walk outside. I am so happy spring is here and the snow is gone from the sidewalks. I motivate by knowing I will have my music to listen to, see people from my town that I might not get to see and wave to, and to know I have my "me" time makes all the difference and gives me (most of the time) motivation to move it, so I can lose it! You have done a GREAT job, keep up the great work.
Hi everyone! I'm new to this team and look forward to participating with you. I've been a member of Spark since January. Walking is my favorite form of exercise but I am basically lazy and need a push to get moving. I'm close to my goal and need more exercise to tone and get in better shape. There are many positives to walking and certainly walking will help me to maintain my weight once I get there. I'm sure this team will be fun and very motivating.
