Hi! My name is Lisa. I just turned 33 yesterday, have been married for 10 years, have 2 boys, 4 and 6 years old, and am an in-home childcare provider. I have battled weight since before my first pregnancy and have just seen it go up and up over the years. I started this healthy lifestyle change last summer, and have lost 45 pounds so far. I love to walk and try to make it to the gym 3-4 days a week to walk on the treadmill, I usually get 4-5 miles in on weekdays and I'm up to 10 miles on the weekends. I am doing the AVON 2-day walk the end of June with my mom, which is a 40 mile walk over 2 days through the Rocky Mountains in Colorado, so I'm hoping to be close to my goal weight by then.
