The fourth glass of wine is always a good idea before you do it and a really bad idea afterward! ;-)

It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

I have been a member of spark almost two years but i am new here, I finally decided enough with the excuses and procrastination its time to get healthy. I have started walking and even though my flat feet make it painful I will not give up. I know that 270lbs is too big for anyone and I will not let my weight define me any longer!!! emoticon
