Welcome. Talk to your diabetic educator, but I believe that walking 30 or more minutes after a meal really helps control your sugars. It also helps the belly fat.

My goal is to lose 40 lbs by walking on my treadmill and cutting back on calories. I am a type 2 diabetic and would love to go off all insulin by losing weight.
