Welcome. Walking is the principle form of exercise that I use. I find it useful, I can do it anywhere, I can work at my own pace and challenge myself. My dog likes my form of exercise also.

I have been on sparkpeople for 14 months but I just found this team. I enjoy walking on my treadmill while also using Jillian Michaels workout dvds. I am hoping that this team can give me the encouragement and motivation that I need while making great friends! Happy walking everyone!
