There is also Iditawalk. It is a walk to honor the Iditarod dog race. The idea originally was to walk the dog but you can walk without a dog also. It is just 30 minutes a day (about) for a total of 1049 minutes which is the total miles of the Iditarod during February and March.
The weather starts to warm up soon and days are longer. It isn't hard and when you used to walk, I'll bet you went right after work before you got distracted. I know that is when I'm most successful.
