Hello everybody: This is the year that I'm going to lose weight, eat healthy and excerise. I am 51 with a husband, 2 adult sons and one granddaughter, who is my joy. I have heel spurs that prevent extreme walking but I will be having surgery to relieve some of the pain and then I will be really walking. I am glad that I found this support system.
