Welcome! You have come to the right place!! Did you happen to see the article today on 10k steps and weight loss? If you have a pedometer it does increase the chance that you will hit your goals...I agree with the article. Steps vs minutes is very effective.

Hello everybody: This is the year that I'm going to lose weight, eat healthy and excerise. I am 51 with a husband, 2 adult sons and one granddaughter, who is my joy. I have heel spurs that prevent extreme walking but I will be having surgery to relieve some of the pain and then I will be really walking. I am glad that I found this support system.
