Yesterday I didn't do any 'formal' walking but I was on my feet standing/walking/up and down stairs all afternoon while dismantling and packing our Christmas tree and village (takes up half of my livingroom), rearranging and spring cleaning our livingroom, making homemade (from scratch) bread and rolls. Oh, and frequent trips up/down stairs trying to scrub/soak labels off of old wine bottles to get them ready for a batch of homemade wine.
2006: 215 lbs at my highest weight
2010: 194 lbs at the start of SP
August 2010: 180 lbs
December 2nd: 190.5 (10 1/2 lb gain)
December 7: 189.6
December 15: 187
January 4th: 190
