Maybe we can be "online" walking buddies. I haven't frequented this site hardly at all in the past few years. Used to walk 10,000 steps per day, but, I have MS, and, over the years, my stamina has decreased quite a bit. Although I continue to wear a pedometer, most days I don't actually go for walks, and get in only 2,000 - 3,000 steps.
However, I realize that I could do more. I recently read a blog from someone else who has MS. She walks 10,000 steps per day by committing to walk 1000 steps per hour, so as not to wear herself out. Although I'm not sure that I'm ready to commit to that, you could send me a private message, and we could both set our own personal goals and be accountable to each other on a daily basis. Sounds like you might have some health challenges too.
I know that's not the same as having a live body to walk with. But, let me know what you think.
