This is all new to me. Blogging, this site, forums, etc. If anyone is willing to help me, I'll take it.
I have been dieting all my life only to gain it back and more. One of the things I enjoy is walking. Getting myself out there to do it is another thing. I try to walk to work which is a mile one way. Then I'm on my feet all day so I can get 10,000 steps in a day, but its not helping as my eating is out of control. Any suggestions on motivating myself to get out and walk.
I am also looking for a buddy system, if anyone is interested.
