Hi and welcome to the team emoticon

Smile .... it makes people wonder what you're up to ;-)

The fourth glass of wine is always a good idea before you do it and a really bad idea afterward! ;-)

It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

To eat is a necessity.
To eat intelligently is an art.

PEACE- it does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still BE CALM IN YOUR HEART.

I started walking three weeks ago. I committed to 30 minutes of aerobic exercise for 5 days in a row out of every week. I've been mostly walking. So far I only missed one day. One day I walked 5.2 miles. And some days I go for the 2.3 mile route. I also have a 1.3 mile route. I feel like a million bucks. This is wonderful. I like doing the walking days in a row because its easy to follow day by day with motivation running high. Rather than building up more motivation which I need after a day off. I got motivated by a book written by a "biggest loser" couple I saw in a bookstore. I didn't buy the book and now I can't find it. Oh well, the motivation to walk is sticking and I'm through the roof with good feelings and sticking to it. emoticon
