hello everyone and I look forward to chatting with you guys as I move forward in this weight loss journey. Now I am focusing on walking one mile everyday. Typically,I will walk four laps around my job daily. It is equal to one mile or so they say. It is difficult I must admit nthough I do feel better and others are starting to notice my progress [yippeee]. Here is to all of us on our way to our new and healthier selves!!!!!!!!!!!!
