I've been with SparkPeople since early September, trying to define a new way of living for myself. For various reasons, I've been sedentary for the past 10 years. I have doctors' ok to start moving again, and we agreed walking is a good start. I've worn a pedometer a few times over the past week, and I'm only about 3000-4000 steps per day. I'm looking forward to being able to walk everywhere, the way I used to. Hi to everyone - look forward to teaming with you!
