Dang , think I would have me some SNOW shoes, or spikes on my feet, and bundle up and WALK in the outdoors at least once a week....course I know Minnesota can be brutal!

I know a friend living there, who says to bring my MUTLUKS if I make it there! emoticon

I have a question. Do I buy outside walking gear for the cold/wind? or, just take in inside with wii and treadmill? I'm in Virginia, so maybe I'm being a baby. I would rather walk outside, but the wind is discouraging.

Set up my pedometer, and ready to start this for real and keep track of it. The beautiful fall weather here in Minnesota has been extra motivating. Been thinking about how to plan for the coming winter. When the streets and sidewalks are completely iced over will have to switch to treadmill indoors. Recovering from a two week back issue, (with my SI joint) It has made me even more greatfull to be able to walk! emoticon
