Welcome. Set small goals. Start walking 10-15 minutes a day after dinner or early in the morning. Add 5 minutes a week until you are walking as you want to. You can do this.

... I've been a sparky since 6/24/2010 and love it, I've lost 8 lbs since and still loosing.
This is my first day on the team. I am definitely walking to lose weight. I look forward to the advice and motivation from everyone.
