Hi well done. I have not been on in a while and things have not been too good. I have put on a bit of weight and I just feel so bloated and fed up with myself. Can you give me some tips please on how you managed it. I need some motivation.

Hi All...lost 35 lbs since May 1/10. I am working toward being vibrantly healthy. Top of my Bucket List is 'weigh a normal weight' (which is around 120 lbs for me). Since I haven't weighed that for 25 years, I figured now was as good a time as any to achieve the one thing I've always wanted: maintain a normal weight. I've made a few lifestyle changes: off sweets (never thought I could do that!!), finally figured out portion sizes, eating more slowly and appreciating the 'beauty' of food and how it got to my plate, eating 3 meals/day plus snacks, and walking 30 min/day most days. Feeling much better, sleeping better, heartburn is gone, not to mention that painful 'stuffed' feeling after each meal...and I'm now wearing size 12. Sharing with each other as we move toward our goals sounds great and I look forward to connecting with you!
