Welcome. You have a lot of challenges. It is a matter of eating fewer calories than you need. Tracking really helps you do this. It is also possible to get in ten minutes two or three times a day of activity from walking to jogging to a workout video, etc. It is also possible to do exercises while studying. I have a shelf on my treadmill so I can do some studying and computer work while walking. It helps. Every little thing helps.

I always forget stuff like that. But, I think you click on HOME, then START. Then, under MY TOOLS, you can go to FITNESS TRACKER and WEIGHT TRACKER. At least, that's where you can change things, so, it may also be where you start to input your goals initially, too.

Congratulations for taking the first big step. Small steps lead to bigger steps. One day at a time.. You know there are exercises that you can do in your chair at work, you can walk around the floor of your job 6 times. Park your car far away from an entrance of your destination. First thing you do each morning when are going to get of bed, place your feet on the floor stand up and touch your toes hang for a few minutes..you burn your first calories of the morning. Put a drop of lemon juice in your water this helps burn calories too. Most important portion control... watch them.. Try not eating to much carbs. Maybe eat carbs 3 x a week, make sure each meal has protein and the rest to get you start high protein/fiber... Good Luck .. You are in charge of your destiny.. nothing is important and stop ask God to give you the ability and wisdom to loose the weight. He will keep you mindful and strengthen you.
I always made time to walk on my lunch hour, even when it was only a half hour. I walked outside in all kinds of weather and it really made a difference in tackling the afternoon work stress. If feeling ambitious, I would also stop at the mall on the way home from work and power walk for another half hour.
Hello my name is Krysten and I am 29 years old. I have a full time job and go to school part time in the evenings. If that doesnt seem like enough, I am married with 2 children! My time is limited and trying to stay motivated enough to exercise is difficult. I just purchased a treadmill so I am trying to set small goals for myself to get on it everyday. I love walking outside but dont always find time or daylight to do that. I am looking for motivation and suggestions on how to keep walking even when I dont want to.
