I'm trying to lose weight again and saw this team. Basically last week was my first week back to exercising and I found a nice road from my house. Basically the route ends up being 3.3 miles. I'll do short bursts of flat out running 3-4 times during the 3.3 miles to get my heart rate up. It takes me about 50-55 minutes to complete.
Last week for my first week I did this 3.3 route five times which ended up with 16.5 miles. I figure if I keep this up and just in general eat less, I should hit my 50 pound weight loss shortly!
