I use my cell phone pedometer to track how many steps I walk in one day. I am working towards 10K. The max I have done so far is 7K

I wear mine every day. I have goal steps for each day both minimum goal steps (for days I just can't do much) and my larger goal steps.

I wear my pedometer ALL my waking and working hours!
As nurse , you can imagine how many steps I register. I have taken great delight in counting all of them as EXERCISE!!!!

Hi and welcome. I do wear a pedometer when I am aiming for 10,000 steps a day. It helps to encourage you to go the extra mile. Right now I am not using it as it way too hot to walk and I have been swimming instead. Good luck. Maureen
