Welcome. Decide on some things you want to do to become healthier. Pick one or two things every week or two and add these things to your life. When you are doing these things regularly, add some new things. This can be walking ten minutes once or twice a day or drinking more water or eating more veggies.
As you add healthy habits to your life you may find that you are doing other healthy things. The idea is to find a lifestyle you can live with as you become healthy and for the rest of your life.
I enjoy walking. I find it to be relaxing and restful as I clear my mind and the dog and I walk and wind down or warm up for the day.
