Welcome...Yes this is a very postive for sure. You are not alone we are all here get encouraged to loose the weight and to keep it off!
I started last month,i was told i needed to go onto a High fiber diet because my cholesterol is so high!
Bt it is not because i am a big person,,it is hereditary.So i changed my diet and started a walking/jogging routine. Well this is the 3rd week and i have lost 4 pounds alreay!!!!!!!!!My goal is to loose 23 pounds! So keep positive you can do it!

My name is Josh de Gastyne. I am almost 26 and have been battling my weight for years. I am a soldier in the Army but none of the advice that I have recieved in the time i have been in service has helped. I was refered to this site by my sister and so far I have really liked what I have seen here. The community and the teams seem to be very active and I cant wait to see the changes in my own attitude and workout routines.
