Welcome...Yes this is a very postive for sure. You are not alone we are all here get encouraged to loose the weight and to keep it off! I started last month,i was told i needed to go onto a High fiber diet because my cholesterol is so high! Bt it is not because i am a big person,,it is hereditary.So i changed my diet and started a walking/jogging routine. Well this is the 3rd week and i have lost 4 pounds alreay!!!!!!!!!My goal is to loose 23 pounds! So keep positive you can do it!
My name is Josh de Gastyne. I am almost 26 and have been battling my weight for years.
