I am new to SP, about a week now, trying to figure it all out. I love to walk and I am doing about 4 days a week about 2.5 miles in about 40 minutes. I do yoga 2 times a week, a weight class once a week, I am having trouble losing weight though. I am trying to count calories better. Looking forward to meeting new people.
