yes! Id to have trouble of tracking. I don't know why. But got says you are perorations of wiring it down. I have also been going to Weight Watchers and they talk about writing every thing down. It is had to make that change. But today I did it! emoticon I will take one day at a time. I back again!

I agree, tracking is the key. I didn't really lose anything till I started tracking.
I am behind on mine but I will get it back together.

The only difference between how I tried to lose weight before and now is tracking. I was never successful before, so I know the tracking is key!
