Hey there. The name's Novack and I'm here for probably the same reason you all are. To lose some weight. All my life's I've been overweight so on January 25, 2009 I decided to change that. Since then I dropped from 320 pounds to 200 pounds but lately I've really fallen off the wagon regaining 30 pounds lately due to personal issues (homelessness, joblessness, etc.) I feel like I'm finally close to getting back on my feet and I figured because of that I'll also get back on the wagon and try to lose the last 50 pounds to reach my 180 pound goal. Depending how I feel when all is said and done I may try to drop down to 165 but we'll see.

GOALS FOR APRIL/MAY

4.18 - 230 - DONE
4.25 - 227.5 -
5.2 - 225 -
5.9 - 222.5 -
5.16 - 220 -
5.23 - 217.5 -
5.30 - 215 -
