I just started with this team. I found it on one of my friends page. I was excited to see this site. I walk at about 3 miles 6 days a week at the Y. I also walk at home weather permitting which has not been much until this past week.

I'm not new to SparkPeople but new to this team. I am so happy to have found it. It's been a long winter. Spring is finally here. I am READY to get out!!! I love walking, especially in the spring when everything is blooming. What better way to get rid of that winter weight and get healthy than to walk, right?
