Hi my name is Regina. I joined Spark people a couple of years ago. I am back at it again! There are so many useful tools on here I want to use them all!
! month ago I started a fitness routine! I am excited I have been walking on my treadmill everyday, I have added some strength training. The weather is getting nicer so I am going to be outside a lot!
In the month that I have been doing a daily routine I have lost about 10 lbs. I have many more I want to lose. But the biggest thing I have noticed is how much energy I have! And then in turn I have been making a lot better food choices!
So here is to a NEW healthy life style that I will stick to!
