Hi Everyone ~ I'm new here, third day. Been in denial these last five years and really bulked up, and finally weighed myself... yikes. Tried a few times get back on my active healthy regimen, though when demonstration of success didn't come quickly I quit or I injured myself and had to stop for awhile (too long). So overdue to feel really good and attractive in my body again. Lots to integrate into my already busy schedule with full~time plus work and living single, so all encouragement and ideas welcome to preserve time and energy for exercise and never give up!
