On Wii Fit, I like the yoga and strength exercises pretty much in total. I like the hula hoop and the balance games of soccer and the ball in the mazes.
My favorite on Wii Fit Plus is the marching band.

I like wii fit.. I like wii fit plus much better.. if you get the chance, get it.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

I started my journey with Wii Fit several months ago and I think it's a great place for you to start. I found that it was a fun way to get me up off the couch, and get into the swing of regular exercise.

Hi everyone, I'm Christina, I am new to the team. I have Wii Fit and thought it might be fun to get input from others on how they like it and if it's helping them. I'm still trying to teach myself to use it more just to get in a little fun extra exercise a day. What is everyone's favorite on it? I want to lose about 80 lbs, so I've got awhile to go.
