Welcome. My tip is to try to follow phase one to the letter because the rewards are great if you do. I also recommend that you scan the allowed foods and make a master grocery list of the foods you like. It will help you with meal planning and snacks. Plan ahead. Don't allow yourself to be hungry.

I have 2 friends that have been on the SBD and have lost over 50 lbs so I decided that it was time for me to do the same. I don't NEED to lose 50lbs, but 30lbs would be perfect! I'm on day 2 so far and I'm surprisingly doing OK. If anyone has any hints or tips from their experience, I would be happy to hear!
