Welcome. My tip is to try to follow phase one to the letter because the rewards are great if you do. I also recommend that you scan the allowed foods and make a master grocery list of the foods you like. It will help you with meal planning and snacks. Plan ahead. Don't allow yourself to be hungry.

I make a brothy vegetable soup to keep in the fridge. I eat it anytime I'm hungry. It works for me better than anything else.

Make it your own. Figure out what you like to eat and how you can make it be on the SB Healthy list. Then go for it. It is one of the best things I ever did.

Hi,

I have 2 friends that have been on the SBD and have lost over 50 lbs so I decided that it was time for me to do the same. I don't NEED to lose 50lbs, but 30lbs would be perfect! I'm on day 2 so far and I'm surprisingly doing OK. If anyone has any hints or tips from their experience, I would be happy to hear!
