I had a lot of success on Atkins (I modified it a bit). Lost 18 pounds and was never hungry. I went off it and gained back the weight. Now I am started SBD and hoping to keep it going long term. Today is day 1 of my induction. I'm happy there is a South Beach board. I get sick of eating the same foods over and over so hoping to get some good ideas.
