Hey there, and welcome!

I've been at basically a twelve week plateau and received a suggestion for this team by
4A-HEALTHY-BMI.

The numbers seem to make a lot of sense and I started today by entering intake of calories and calories burned through exercise for the past twelve week period.

I'm looking forward to something that makes more sense than trial-and-error.
