One of the things I love about the gazelle is if I don't feel like doing a hard workout, I just get on my gazelle and watch a tv show, before I know it the show is over, I have not disturbed my husband's listening pleasure as the gazelle is quiet, and I got 30 or more of cardio in!
Ok I'm chiming in here, I've not had weight lose BUT when I have done the gazelle on a regular basis I have lost inches!
I think it ALL depends on our bodies also, what might work great for one does not work for another.
My body is at a stage and I'm also going through some ruff stuff personally right now. I might add that you may need to do a little some thing else other than the gazelle.
I know personally that if I don't watch my calorie in take and keep in my range that sure does make a difference. eating the right calories and gazelleing go hand in hand. And also if you not eating enough calories that can also be a factor also. It all depends on you.
Sounds like we need booster shot for motivation doesn't it?

I need motivation. I skipped a day, turned into two, now a week. Need restart! I was so excited when I first started a few months ago. I did as the instructions and even on my tip toes. My work-outs are between 35 -60 minutes with a break in-between. I have been on and off for months but don't see progress. Does it really work? Any suggestions, advise would so be appreciated. A huge thanks
