Being Hypothyroid can be kind of discouraging at times when we want to lose weight but it's NOT an impossibility. Rev up your exercise level and watch your food intake, and you should be on your way.
I recommend that you do inform yourself thoroughly about our condition by reading. The Mary Shomon site is very good for that. In that site, that is where I found that T3 may be good for me. When I was only taking T4 (Levothyroxine), my levels were not stable at all. Once I was able to stabilize my levels, that is when I was able to do something about my weight.
Keep active on this team as well as on the site. It is highly recommended because those that do remain active, have a better chance at reaching their ultimate goals.
