Hey there!!! Welcome to SP! And as for your advice...YES! YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT! I was in your position last year, wanting to lose weight before graduation--and I did! I wanted to drop at least 2 dress sizes before I graduated. After graduation, though, I didn't keep up with SP and started losing motivation.
Biggest advice: Believe it or not, I lost the most weight from watching my proportions. If you look at the back of everything you eat, pay close attention to the serving sizes. A roman noodle package is actually 2 servings! Same thing with a can of soup. I had such portion-distortion, I didn't really know what a true serving size is. So, I literally measured out everything to make sure I knew what 1 serving size looks like. I felt silly measuring out ketchup or jelly, but I know what a portion is not without even having to measure it. Once you learn how to truely eat just one serving...you'll cut your calories in half (LITERALLY!)

I've learned that you can tell a lot about a person by the way he/she handles three things: a rainy day, lost luggage, and tangled Christmas tree lights.
So I am a college senior and I have tried all sorts of things to lose weight. I thought I would start on spark. I guess what I am in search of is ideas, how do y'all do it with school. I feel like fast food is the only time I have to eat cause I am so busy running from school to internship, then friends wanting to go out.
So how has spark really worked for you? Is there any advise for a new user? I really wanna lose the weight before I graduate. Or at least make a good start. So any help or advice you have would be awesome
