Hey Sara, I'm new too! I totally agree with what you said. The most frustrating thing for me is sitting at my desk so much, overeating and having a hard time fitting exercise in. -BUT- With a little bit of planning and motivation, we can do it!

Hi, I'm Sara, I'm new to Sparkpeople and this team! I got really excited when I saw this title, because I have to say, the most challenging part of losing wright for me is because of SCHOOL! School stresses me out, so I overeat, and then try to relax on the weekends, which usually means DRINKING. So right now, I'm trying a fresh start and be healthy and lose weight!
