Hi and welcome! This site has many great teams, articles and message board topics. The more active you are on the site the more points you get and you get log in points which is fun, because who doesnt love seeing they have many points regardless of the reward. The best reward is realizing that the changes you're making and the benefits are the most rewarding. Try out the food tracker. It really helps put into perspective how much you can really eat. i can have an entire healthy meal for less than one burger or certain beverages! goodluck, you can do it!!
