Welcome to the team! I love to walk, but with this cold weather I do my at home dvds. I also have a package with my cable company where there have free workouts on demand that range from dance to yoga to bootcamp cardio and everything inbetween. I have Zumba fitness 2 for the wii and it is so much fun and its upbeat so doesnt feel like exercise. I also enjoy taebo and just completed the Insanity dvds which was pretty amazing. Nothing compares to an insanity workout but it is intense.
I will be where I want to be one day, but I'm the only one who can make it happen!
My life is a work in progress and eventually I will master the skill!

I'm Krista & new to this team. I hate exercising, I'll be totally honest. It has to be something I love or I just won't do it for long at all. I love to walk on the beach but live in New England and am a good 1 1/2 hours away, lol. I love yoga & my absolute favorite class was canceled at the gym. Hoping you may have some suggestions as to what I can do from home thats fun & exciting. Thanks!
