I've been with SP a few years and looking for an active team to help me stay motivated and connected to the Spark community. I usually work out at home (stationary recumbent bike, Nordic track skier, hula hoop, TRX, dumbbells, universal weight machine). I also have a hybrid bike that I ride off-road (but generally pretty easy bike paths, nothing extreme). In a pinch, I'll swim or do deep water running but that's usually if I can't get outside. And I like to walk. I just can't fit it in enough. I have a decent selection of dvds that I put aside due to an injury but I'm looking forwards to easing back into them this winter.
