Hi,

I'm Charlie and I'm new to this team, but not to SP. I like to do what ever sounds fun at the time or what ever is functional at the time. Like today I spent 3 1/2 hours I cleaning out the horses stalls.

emoticon I'm new to this team too! I've already lost 60+ pounds before and I want to drop another 50 pounds. I usually go to the gym and use the mat & the machines for both cardio and strength. I go to a pilates class on Thursdays and yesterday I tried a class called "Body Attack" by LesMills. I loved it. It's sport inspired aerobics. On their site it's mentioned that an average of 700+ calories are being burnt by doing a class. I believe it's a bit less,like 460-560 but I enjoyed it so much. I also walk a lot. I love walking and I avoid using a bus.

I joined today because of MARYOH3. Our old team is fizzling and she is keeping it up, so I'm following!
I am hoping for more motivation. I am a SAHM in Ft. Worth, Texas area and approaching 40.
I really enjoy roller skating, walking and yoga. Step is fun on an infrequent basis due to the bouncing ;) and I have always been a fan of Tae-Bo! Love, love, love to dance! I also CAN'T STAND to track food....so maybe that need to be a goal, you think?

Thanks!! I love to dance as well! I have Zumba fitness 2 for my wii and it is amazing! It tracks your weight, calories burned, technique, ect. I have Just Dance and the Michael Jackson experience for wii as well. Zumba 2 is by far my favorite.


I will be where I want to be one day, but I'm the only one who can make it happen!

My life is a work in progress and eventually I will master the skill!

emoticon Love to dance, most of my exercise videos have to do with dancing, Hip Hop Abs, Zumba, Core, etc. Just got in Just Dance on the Wii and I love it, so much fun. I also love to walk, put on my MP3 player and I'm off. I'm into anything that doesn't feel like exercising. emoticon emoticon

Thank you!! Walking has been one of my favorite things lately, especially now during the fall when the weather and scenery are so beautiful. I've been trying to walk anywhere around my small town that I would normally drive to and even to the next town over. Its the little changes that amount to huge changes in the end :)

Hi everyone! I have been a member of SP for a few years and have gone back and forth using it (mostly for articles and tracking purposes). I'm looking to meet some people who will motivate me as much I will motivate them in return. This looks like a pretty active team so that is one reason why I chose to become a member. Also, I'm looking to drop a few more pounds and then tone/maintain. Since I started my healthy weight/lifestye journey going out and being active has been a huge motivator. I use to let my weight stop me from enjoying life and I spent 90% of my time after work in my kitchen or my bedroom and that is no way for someone in their 20's to live. What are your favorite things to do to stay fit and have fun while doing it?
