Well, actually, new to groups period. Learning as I go. Hi. Kari here. As a fairly new SparkGal it seems overwhelming, but I'm loving it. In my teens I was really into fitness but life and children kind of distracted me. Now I'm back with a vengeance! I'm determined to get in the best shape of my life. I've always believed that age is all in the mind, and that five foot three is way to short to be boring!
I'm committed to faithfully working out every single day, but I get bored easily so I have several different activities I enjoy. My biggest challenge is to find the time in a day to make it here to SparkPeople!
I also love to write. Learning about blogging... kind of... four books - three complete at this point. Plus a whole bunch of articles about faith and health.
