I would like you to know that gallstones are not to be played with. I had a attack and it is not at all a good pain. It felt like a donkey kicking me and not stopping. I did have the surgery and it only took 6 days before I was back at work. It took a bit longer until I could exercise fully but I didn't gain anything. I worried about not being able to eat certain things later but I don't really have anything that gives me trouble. I was already eating lower fat and not to spicy foods so it wasn't an issue. If you do find yourself with attacks close together you should have the surgery. Laproscopy is the best and it is usually a same day surgery. HI all! I have recently been diagnosed with gallstones and am looking to avoid surgery by exercising and eating healthy. I am looking for a (or more than one) "virtual workout buddy"- to keep me on track, on goal, and accountable (in a gentle way) lol. I always start gung- ho, but start to fizzle as I go along, so I need support, as THIS time, I HAVE to do what I need to due to health concerns (gallstones). Trying to avoid surgery. SO, anyone who want s to take on this challenge, please let me know.THANKS!
