Hi new to this group, and trying to stay active everyday. Walking and biking mostly but tomorrow starting water aerobics. I hope I can handle the chlorine in the pool. I hate that stuff, so I don't know if I'll last long with that activity.

Hi! I am in the same boat. I had so much fun this holiday I don't want it to end,and I want a cookie..but I won't eat it,don't worry. emoticon

One of my favorite fun ways to stay fit is to dance,especially belly dance.

Hey, I'm Candy! Just starting to get back in shape from being lazy during the fall/holidays. I'm always trying to find new creative ways to be active and stay healthy, so if you got any, stop by my page and share :) I dont have many friends but I love the motivation, support I get from others - It gets me off the couch and skip the cookies!
