That's a great idea! I don't have kids but I have a very active niece and nephew. They keep you going and busy. I just love talking to them so walking with them makes the time go by and you don't even think about exercising, you just enjoy yourself and then realize I just walked an hour.
All of my children were home last night, even married son and our Ddil. We had a wonderful healthy breakfast. Got the turkey going and took a great walk together, almost 2 miles! We wisely chose our turkey dinner with all the trimmings and no one went back for 2nds! :) We will have a nice supper of left overs. DDil has lost 41 lbs since the Spring and weighs less than on her wedding day, DD has lost a few lbs and also can fit into the outfit she wore in their wedding. I too can wear the outfit I wore to their wedding and we are all continuing to improve!! :) Exercise is a big part of our success! Tomorrow we begin decorating the house for Christmas! Hi!!! I am an older mom and trying all kinds of things lately to keep young!! I think this team would be a benefit due to incorporating kids into the workout. I have a cheerleader daughter and a basketball daughter. With both of these sports I can see lots of strengthening and conditioning with the girls. Happy Thanksgiving to all of you and I am planning on taking a walk with my daughter after dinner tonight.
