Marc involve your son, do things he enjoys doing, riding bikes, playing basketball, anything moving that he will enjoy. Then he will be your motivation, "hey Mom, lets...." You will build a better relationship with him, have fun and exercise all at the same time!
Hi my name is Marie, I am 37 years old and my goal is to lose weight, stay fit and be able to keep up with my young son Marc who is 11. I love swimming but have a problem with sticking to other exercise programmes. The willingness of spirit is there but sometimes the tiredness of a full day at work or with my son stops me from doing that regime before bed. If anyone has any motivation tips at what spurs them on, please let me know.

Hi! My name is Jasmine and I'm 19 years old. My goals are to become fit and tone, have fun, and to be confidence in myself. I enjoy walking and listening to music, right now trying to find motivation to stay focus on trying to stay active.
