ABBYRUE U dont have to be big on exercising u dont have to do 1 hour of exercise everyday.
You can start off as doing 10 min of power walking around your block and move up to 1 hour.You can also get a fitness DVD and do these workouts in the privacy of your home on your time. You can pick anything from dance to Tae boe,

Hi! I'm new here. And the best thing I do is walk. And now my new place to walk is The Mall around here And I've been also trying to get more motivated then I have been. But I'm not a big exerciser. But just keep moving is all I can do.

I have been down this road so many times, and I know what to do its just been a slow 3 months hurt my toe and I was doing 5k and walking and running was going great and then a complete stop. Nothing gained my weight back not real disappointed about it. Since its seems too not be a bad thing is certian
Don't get me wrong there is some parts I don't like but it seems I didnt like areas when I was down as low as 126 but back to 147. So maybe a weight is never really the answer to the problem. Just living and learning to take it easy and not go to the extreme of things all the time. So maybe loosing weight isnt the key its staying right where you are and learning to make good choices along the way.. Lets see im thinking im not going to want to be 130 and see what happens. I did say 10 pounds would be good to be gone, but not sure any more?
