I'm Deb. I just started working out at the gym about a month ago. I love it. It's hard work, but I just love how it makes me feel. I'm already seeing improvements in my strength and endurance. I'm eager to try new things and new ways to workout.

I've struggled with my weight for years, and dieting is a drag, But I love being active and hope that the weight will start coming off as I get fit.

Keep moving forward!
